Ordering

I want to cancel my order?

All orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled once order processing begins. This is usually within 24 hours. Please email us at info@superheroesforwildlife.com if you wish to cancel your order.

What if I don't like my order?

Oh no, I've made a mistake with my order?

Please contact us right away so we can fix that for you! 

Just keep in mind that we cannot make any changes after your order has been printed and shipped.

 

Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

Yes, you can! If you spot a typo in your shipping address or you just want to change where your order will be delivered, just contact us to make the switch. 

Please keep in mind however that we cannot change your shipping address after your order has been printed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! The only countries we do not ship to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
